THE TERMS
The weekly stay begins: Saturday between 4 pm and 8 pm
The weekly stay ends: Saturday at 10 am.
ANIMALS ARE NOT ADMITTED

SERVICES TO BE PAID AS EXTRAS
End of week cleaning: obligatory (this excludes the built-in kitchen
that must cleaned by the guests) £55.00.
Caution money: obligatory £100.00 per cottage, £50.00 per flat, refundable at the end of stay once the inventory has been controlled and the built-in kitchen cleaned.

FACULTATIVE LINEN
Towelling: £10.00 per person per week – obligatorily weekly changed.

OTHER FACULTATIVE SERVICES
Supplementary bed:  £15.00 per day per cottage, £10.00 per day per flat ( to be requested when booking.)
Beach Services: one parasol + 2 deckchairs in a reserved area, on a pre-arranged beach, £8.00 per day or £50.00 per week.

SERVICES AND AMENITIES
A free minibus service from the residence to the beach following a predetermined timetable.
Internal shaded parking, bar, token-operated launderette,
large park, barbecue, amusements for children, conventions with a Diving Centre and mini-cruises to the Eolie islands.
Nearby there is a sports centre with a swimming pool, a market, a tobacconist, a newspaper stand, a bar, restaurants, tennis and five-a-side football, a bank, a disco-bar, a car-rental and a chemist.
 

REGULATIONS  FOR BOOKING:
The bookings should be paid through a bank draft or postal order, sending a down payment of 30% of the entire sum.  The outstanding sum must be paid upon arrival. All prices are inclusive of VAT and other taxes.
