The Geographical location.

Situated on the tip of  Capo Vaticano, a few metres from the lighthouse, at about a kilometre away from the village of  S. Nicolò and ten kilometres from the marvellous and characteristic town of Tropea.
Distance from the sea: the Residence looks onto the beautiful beach of “Praja di Fuoco” which is about 300 metres away and linked to the residence by a pathway which is around a ten minute walk.
On the other side, behind the Residence, at a distance of about 500 metres, is to be found the beach of “Grotticelle”, famous for it’s fine golden-coloured sand. It can be reached by foot ( a 15 to 20 minute walk ) or by a free minibus service following a timetable and provided by the Residence (around a 3 minute journey.)
On the beach one can rent, paying for the service, boats, peddle-boats, canoes and windsurf boards.

How to get here?

By car:
Autostrada A3 Salerno-Reggio Calabria (one of the following 2 exits)

either    Pizzo Calabro and take the coast road Tropea – Ricadi – Capo Vaticano
or         Vibo Valencia S. Onofrio and take the Statale 18 following the indications to Spilinga – Ricadi – Capo Vaticano.

By train:
FS: take the train from Naples to  Reggio Calabria via Tropea and  get off  at the station of Ricadi.

By Air
By air:
Take a flight to either Lamezia Terme or Reggio Calabria.
